Shipping

Estimated delivery times for our handmade lampshades:

United Kingdom & Europe: 2 - 3 weeks
USA & Rest of the world: 3- 4 weeks

We aim to deliver all goods that are in stock within 2 - 5 days from the order date, and 3-5 days for international shipments; if you need the items sooner than this please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate this for you. 

We use DPD Local in the UK and UPS Internationally.  All orders will receive a tracking number which you can follow via the DPD Local or UPS portal. 

UK delivery costs:

Standard parcel: £7
Large parcel: £10

Rest of the world delivery costs:

Standard Lampshade parcels: £45
Antique Lighting parcels: £60

Returns

We hope you love your products but if you wish to return an item, goods must be sent back within 15 days of receiving the items. 

The order remains the customer's responsibility until we receive it back and we are unable to refund orders that are returned damaged. We recommend shipping back products in their original packaging where possible. If returning lighting, please ensure plugs are wrapped separately to protect the base and prevent damage.

At present, we are not able to offer free returns, so the postage fee will need to be paid for by the buyer.
