Each item is made with careful attention to detail, but due to the natural materials each product may differ slightly.
All bespoke items are non-refundable, our standard range has a 14 day return policy.
All of our products are packed using sustainable materials and as little plastic as possible.
All of our handmade shades come with an ES shade carrier attached, These are suitable for UK & EU lamp bases. To fit the shade onto a UK base, you will need to use the shade reducers which will be supplied with each order unless specified otherwise.

- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and well-packaged.
- Buyer covers return shipping.
- Damaged returns cannot be refunded.
Please wrap plugs separately when returning lighting.
